I enjoy King’s Day a lot. It’s the birthday of our king(国王). In the capital, there are many boats in the river. People sing and dance on them. There are also parties in the streets. People set off fireworks, eat street food and enjoy music shows.

I love St. Lucia’s Day best. On this day, most schools close at 12 o’clock and we take candles (蜡烛) in our hands and sing and dance happily to welcome the warmth and light when the night comes. We know that after this day, the day will be warm and long and we won’t be in dark all day long.
