Yuan Jiewen grew up in his parents’ tofu factory in Philadelphia, USA.Now, he has turned the factory into Callowhill Archery, an indoor archery(射箭) field and training center.
“My parents opened the tofu factory in 1990.Tofu was not really well known at that time, but now everybody has heard of it,” Yuan said. “Now I’m trying to promote(推广) archery, a sport that few people have done before.
