《义务教育英语课程标准(2022年版)》(以下简称《课标》)指出:英语学科的评价应强化英语课程的育人导向,注重考试命题的素养立意,在真实情景中,全面考察学生在解决真实问题、完成真实任务的过程中体现出的语言能力、文化意识、思维品质和学习能力。小学英语命题从关注语言知识向关注学科核心素养转变,促使我基于学科核心素养提升命题能力与技巧。本文将从以下几个方面阐述此卷命题设计。
一、命题设计理念
命题应围绕核心素养,注重“教-学-评”一体化,注重发挥学生的主观能动性,以“立足学科主干知识,着重阅读能力考查,聚焦学科素养立意”为命题导向。六年级下册期末检测既考查本册知识,也是对小学阶段英语综合知识与能力的阶段学业考查。命题应遵循导向型、科学性、规范性和适宜性等原则,强化英语课程的育人导向和基本理念。
二、命题框架设计及素材来源
(一)命题框架设计
命题者结合新课标对人教版(PEP)小学英语六年级下册课程内容进行梳理与整合,设计命题框架,如表1所示。

三、命题设计亮点及典型试题分析
此卷听力部分以John邀请澳大利亚的朋友Mike暑假到惠州旅行为主题线索,将每个题干串联起来,使之成为一条情境线:John写给Mike的暑假邀请函—Mike与John通话—Mike到惠游玩后的感想。以此设计三道听力题型。

(一)在真实情境中检测学生的语言能力
“素材的选择应体现正确的价值导向,语言应尽可能真实、鲜活,内容应贴近学生生活,情境和任务应为学生所熟悉,体现交际的真实性。”此卷命题从学生的生活实际出发,设计融教学内容与生活场景于一体的情境,有助于学生把已有的生活经验迁移运用到语言实践活动中,学以致用,提升语言运用能力。

(三)在多模态语篇中检测学生的思维品质
思维品质是指人的思维个性特征,反映学生在理解、分析、比较、推断、批判、评价、创造等方面的层次和水平。思维品质的提升有助于学生学会发现问题、分析问题和解决问题,对事物作出正确的价值判断。此卷命题采用多模态语篇,对学生的思维品质水平进行考查。

新课标强调语用,利用多模态语篇评测学习者的语言表达,盘活词汇,注重运用,从而体现出学习者的语言能力、思维品质。本题为改编韵律文、歌谣,跟进时尚话题,图文并茂,意趣并行的创编任务,有情趣、有挑战,韵律感激发学生的乐学热情。学生借助图片信息对歌谣进行读、思、编联动思维,提升思维品质。
(四)在语料精选中检测学生的文化意识
文化意识指对中外文化的理解和对优秀文化的鉴赏,是学生在新时代表现出的跨文化认知、态度和行为选择。文化意识的培育有助于学生增强爱国情怀和人类命运共同体意识,涵养品格,提升文明素养和社会责任感。

本题借用教材补充的英文阅读故事《三只小猪》,节选原句成题,给学生提供地道的语言。小学生以具体形象思维为主,绘本、剧本等能让学生借助图文信息,进行分析、判断、推理等思维活动,又能感悟优秀的文化内涵,欣赏中外文化的精华,树立正确的价值观,增强文化意识。
