过去进行时知识点梳理
【用法】
1.定义：过去进行时，是表示过去某个具体时刻或某一段时间内正在进行或发生的动作。
2.结构:was/were+v.-ing
3.常用时间状语:this morning、the whole morning、all dayyesterday、at 8:00 last evening、at this time yesterday等。
4.基本句式
肯定句：主语+was/were+v.-ing+其他
否定句：主语+wasn't/weren't+v.-ing+其他
一般疑问句：Was/Were+主语+v.-ing+其他 肯定回答:Yes,主语+was/were.否定回答:No,主语+wasn't/weren't.
例：I was having dinner at eight yesterday evening.昨晚八点我正在吃饭。
We weren't watching TV from seven to nine last night.昨天晚上七点到九点的时候我们没有在看电视。

5.过去进行时与一般过去时的区别
过去进行时强调动作在过去某时刻正在进行或持续，而一般过去时表示动作的完成。
He was writing his composition last night.他昨晚在写作文。(不一定写完)
He wrote his composition last night.他昨晚写了一篇作文。(已经写完)
