There are lots of cool experiments you can do around the e and have a try!
Dancing Raisins (葡萄干) What you need: clear soda (苏打水), two glasses, water, some raisins Steps: > Fill one glass with clear soda, and the other glass with water. > Put the raisins in each glass, and watch how they act in water and soda. What’s happening Once the gas bubbles (气泡) reach the surface of the soda, they break and the gas is given off into the air. This makes the raisins lose buoyancy (浮力) and fall back down to the bottom of the glass. So the raisins dance in soda!
A Magic Finger What you need: black pepper (黑胡椒粉), a plate, water, dish soap (洗洁精) Steps: > Fill the plate with enough water to reach the edges (边缘). > Put the pepper onto the water, covering as much of the water surface as possible. The more pepper, the more fun. > Put your finger into the dish soap, and immediately touch the water in the center of the plate to see what happens! What’s happening When you add the dish soap to the water, it lowers the surface tension (表面张力) of the water. The water molecules (水分子) try to stick together and move away from the dish soap while carrying the pepper with them. So the pepper moves quickly from the center of the plate to the edges.

John is facing a problem. He is trying to ask an AI robot for help.
Hi, AI! Can you help me with something
Of course, I’m here to help! What’s bothering (给……造成麻烦) you
Well, I don’t know how to say it, but my older sister has been arguing a lot with our parents lately. They always seem angry at each other. It’s making me feel caught in the middle. What can I do to help them
It sounds like your sister is going through some difficult times with your parents. One thing you can do is be a good listener. Sometimes, all they need is someone to talk to and understand them. You can say things like, “Hey, sis, if you ever want to talk about what’s happening, I’m here for you.” Or “Hey, Dad or Mom, if you feel like delivering (传递) a message to my sister, I’m your guy.”
That’s a good idea! But what if they don’t want to talk
That happens sometimes. In that case, you can try to make them feel better with something enjoyable or distracting (分散注意力的), like playing a game together or watching a funny movie. It has to be something that helps them take their minds off the problems for a while.
JYeah, I could do that! Thanks, All!
You’re welcome! Good luck, and I hope everything gets better soon!
