Have you ever seen art in a cup of tea Dian cha is a tea art form from the Song Dynasty. To
create it, pour water over tea to make tea paste(糊), and then add more hot water while whisking(搅
打 )it with a bamboo whisk. It’s believed that the art later spread to other parts of East Asia,
including Japan.
According to a 40-year-old Shanghai designer Han Zheming, dian cha is like adding
something to tea, making drinking tea more fun. Han has been interested in dian cha since
childhood. After graduating from a university in 2006, Han found that fewer and fewer people
knew about dian cha, so he tried to revive the art form. He says that during the process(过程) of
dian cha, the froth(泡沫) is similar to paper, while the tea paste is like ink(墨水). But “drawing” on
the tea froth is not easy. “When it comes to traditional paintings, it is about the soft brush against
the hard paper, but with the tea, it is the other way around,” Han said. “It’s the hard teaspoon
against the soft froth.”
To spread dian cha culture, Han shared the process of tea-whisking and drawing on websites,
including Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, and Douyin, drawing more than 20,000 followers.
Speaking about his understanding of this tea art, Han said it’s “to make it beautiful” rather
than change the nature of tea. “As well as poems, handwriting, and paintings that were created back
then, I want more people to understand the tools and methods used by people to drink tea and the
reasons behind the ways they prepared tea,” he explained.
60.What is the froth in dian cha compared to in paintings
A.Ink. B.Paper. C.A brush. D.A spoon.
61.What does the underlined word “revive” mean
A.建立 B.改变 C.创作 D.复兴
62.Why did Han Zheming share the process of dian cha
A.To sell more tea products. B.To attract more followers.
C.To spread dian cha culture. D.To teach people to drink tea.

China covers a large land and there are 56 ethnic groups in it. So China has many types of
Chinese food with different but mouth-watering flavor (风味 ). In general, Chinese food can be
mainly divided into eight cuisines (菜系). Let’s have a look at some of them.
Sichuan cuisine is hot, spicy and sour. It has something to do with the
wet weather of that area and people need hot food to stay away from the
wet. There are many popular dishes that stand for Sichuan cuisine like
Kung Pao Chicken.
Zhejiang cuisine is from the local dishes of Hangzhou, Ningbo and
Shaoxing. Food in Zhejiang has a pleasant smell and it tastes fresh. And
most of the dishes are perfectly made. If you visit Zhejiang, you must taste
Dongpo Pork.
Fujian cuisine often uses materials from the sea to cook. It tastes light
and the color is beautiful. You can enjoy different kinds of soup in Fujian,
because many dishes of Fujian cuisine are served in soup, like Fo Tiao
Qiang.

seafood which tastes light and fresh. It is also the symbol of cooking
culture along the Yellow River. Its most famous dish is Sweet and Sour
Carp.

When you open a certain mobile app, there’s usually an open-app advertisement that gets in
your way. Some of these ads can send you to another app if you shake your phone a bit. And this
has been causing heated discussion online recently.
These open-app ads act like “doors”—no matter which app you open, you may always end up
in those apps that have more ads. During online shopping festivals, for example, users are usually
led to shopping apps like Taobao and JD.
There are already a number of rules on this problem. A rule that came out in December 2022
gave specific(明确的,具体的) requirements for how these “shake-to-open” ads should operate. It
said that the rotation angle (旋转角度) of the phone should be larger than 35 degrees, and the time
spent shaking the phone should be longer than 3 seconds. Starting from May, the ads must have a
clear button to let users to close them.
However, putting these regulations (法规,规章)into action can be difficult. The total number
of apps is large, making it hard to look into every app. There were at least 2.59 million new apps in
January and February alone, reported Nanfang Daily.
However, this shouldn’t be the reason for the mobile apps to step out of these “lines” and take
advantage. That way, what all the platforms (平台) really get is people’s complaints(抱怨,投诉).
Over 90 percent of users strongly dislike such open-app ads, according to the Jiangsu Consumer
Council.
Such ads hurt an app’s reputation (声誉 ) because fewer users may want to use them after
being taken to other apps too many times. To attract the users, the apps should respect their choices
and provide them with ads that they can choose to click on only if they want to.
66.What does the phrase “gets in your way” mean in Paragraph 1
A.Prevents you from entering the app. B.Leads you to another app.
C.Forces you to buy something useless. D.Steals your personal information.
67.In Paragraph 2, Taobao and JD are used as examples of ________.
A.apps that have open-app ads B.apps that open-app ads lead to
C.apps that were discussed heatedly recently D.apps that many people go shopping online with
68.It is difficult to put these rules into action because ________.
A.it’s difficult to manage the app developers B.users really need these open-app ads
C.apps have more new ways to present ads D.it’s hard to make rules for all apps
69.What is probably the writer’s opinion
A.More ads will give apps good rules.
B.Users mind products more than ads in apps.
C.Apps should let users decide whether to open the ads.
D.Apps have made too much money from open-app ads.

Scientists studying the effects of gardening found that taking part in the activity twice a week
can improve mental (精神的 ) health. A team from the University of Florida studied 32 women
between the ages of 26 and 49 with no ongoing medical conditions. None of the women had
gardened before.
The researchers divided the women into two groups: one group joined in gardening, while the
other group took art classes. Both groups took the classes twice a week for four weeks.
During the gardening classes, the women performed tasks such as growing flowers, carrying
plants to new places, and tasting plants that were safe to eat. After each class, people answered
questions to express how they felt.
While both groups experienced improved mental health, the group who gardened benefited
(受益) a bit more, reporting fewer bad feelings. The research team hopes to learn more about how
gardening and mental health are connected. In the meantime(同时 ,在此期间) , many women
joining the study will continue to benefit. “At the end of the experiment, many of them were saying
not just how much they enjoyed the classes but also how they planned to keep gardening,” said
Charles Guy, one of the study’s lead scientists.
70.How many classes did the women take in the experiment
A.2. B.4. C.6 D.8
71.What can we learn about the result of the study
A.Many women will continue gardening. B.Only gardening is good for mental health.
C.Gardening sometimes causes bad feelings. D.Scientists knew all about the relationship.
72.What can be the best title (标题) for the text?
A.Women Enjoy Gardening More B.Gardening for Mental Health
C.Let’s Take Gardening Classes D.Pay Attention to Mental Health
